Premature ejaculation and the pelvic exercises (kegels)

It was back during my national service days in the military camp where we used to go to the gym as part of training.

As a fresher from college i knew nothing about weight lifting and tough physical activities.

As we went tough on exercises in the gym one oof my fellow recruit farted when he was having a 50kg weight bench press lifting.

Do you know what our trainer said…..

He said go hard, last longer crazy ball head.

Every activity that a human body does; from urinating, eye blink, ejaculation and any form of movement, there are muscles that account for those activities (movements).

The truth is!

The are muscles that account for ejaculation; these muscles are called pubococcygeus muscles or the pelvic muscles, check out the picture below.

Muscles painted in red colour are responsible for your penis’ strength (erection) and delaying you from ejaculation during sex.

If the muscles are weak, then you’ll be having problems of premature ejaculation and poor erection ability especially after the first round of sex.

Muscles with shapes like pistol and curved stick collaborate with each other to prevent you
from ejaculating and urinating; while muscle with a bean shape and that with pistol shape, collaborate with each other to prevent you from having stool (taking shit).

When these muscles loosen leads to premature ejaculation and failure to withhold urine and stool for a long time.


These muscles account for erection and delayed ejaculation during sex.

These muscles hold and support all reproductive organs and the urinary bladder.

Bear in mind

Just like any other body muscles, pelvic muscles can be made strong and enlarged through special exercises called Kegels.

On the other hand researchers have found out that these exercises make men feel a lot of pleasure during sex. This has also been proved by the impotence association cooperation of
England.


Just like the way body builders build and strengthen their muscles by lifting heavy weights, Kegel exercise have the ability to delay your ejaculation.

Wait a minute….



Muscles responsible for erection of your penis and matured ejaculation are at the back of the
penis just like the wheel loader in the picture above, the lifting power is at the back.
The loader’s spoon is lifted from the back and so is the penis, and so it the ability to prevent early ejaculation.

Now the question comes, how do I strengthen my pelvic muscles?

It’s very easy and this is how you can do it.

Find your own private time, and pretend like you really are tightened by urine or stool and the place for you to help yourself is far, hence you are forced to prevent yourself from peeing on your clothes.

Remember to do this with nothing in your urine bladder or in your rectum.

Sit on a chair and relax, act like you are preventing yourself from taking pee (urinating) without holding any part of your penis or body. Do this until you are aware of the muscles and the area responsible for withholding urine.

Once you are aware of the area and muscles responsible for withholding your urine, do this exercise of preventing yourself from taking pee (urinating) 25 times in the morning and 25 times in the evening. Do like you are preventing yourself from urinating and count up to five then stop, continue this 25 times as explained above.

Increase the circle from 25 times in the morning and evening, to 50 times. Keep on doing this for six weeks. Good results usually appear between week 4 and week 6. It is advised to do this for five or more in a week.
